An HOA gets its guest spaces back

A townhome association had a familiar problem: a handful of households were parking second and third cars in guest spaces every night, and real guests circled the block. The board had rules but no way to prove who broke them, and nobody wanted to be the neighbour who called the tow truck.

The association registered every household's vehicles online and set a simple limit for each guest location. Patrol logged guest-space sightings with the Vehicle Tracker™, which counted the stays and flagged repeat cars on its own. First offences got a warning; only repeat overstays became citations, each with photos and times attached.

Used
Vehicle registry, Vehicle Tracker™ limits, warnings, online appeals
Result
Within about 60 days the regular offenders had found other parking, and guest spaces were open again. The board stopped refereeing.

Move-in paperwork that does itself

A large apartment community was onboarding new residents the old way: paper forms at signing, then the leasing team retyping names, vehicles and roommates into a spreadsheet, issuing permits, and chasing payment for them.

The community switched to WPS Pre-Registration™. Every new lease now comes with a building code. The resident enters their own details and vehicles, adds roommates, signs the parking rules and consents, and pays the permit fee online. The leasing team reviews a complete application and approves it.

Used
Building codes, pre-registration, e-signed consents, online payments, permit templates
Result
Onboarding went from a repetitive data-entry job to a one-click review, with cleaner data because residents type their own plates.

A patrol company runs every site from one phone

A security and parking patrol company covers many residential properties overnight. Each one had different rules, permit lists and tow procedures, kept in binders that never matched the latest move-ins.

Now each property's rules, safelists and enforcement protocol live in WebParking. Officers start a shift, check plates against the live permit list, log sightings with photos and GPS, and send tow requests straight to the towing partner. Managers see every report the next morning.

Used
Guard shifts and reports, plate lookup, safelist checks, violations, tow requests, enforcement protocols
Result
One up-to-date list per property, no more calls to confirm permits at 2 am, and a documented record behind every tow.

Empty spaces become shared spaces

A mixed-use property had assigned spaces sitting empty all day while visitors and neighbours struggled to park. The owner wanted to open them up without losing track of who was parked where.

The property set up space-share templates and rentable spaces, each with its own rules and reservation windows, and posted QR codes in the lot. Drivers scan, reserve and get a permit for exactly that window. Every reservation shows up in the same permit list patrol already checks.

Used
Rental and space-share templates, QR space-share codes, reservations, permits
Result
Underused spaces put to work, with every shared car visible to security.

Fewer arguments at the front desk

A condominium's management office spent hours each week on parking complaints: residents disputing tickets, asking why a car was towed, or saying they never got the notice about street sweeping.

Notices now go out by text and email with delivery tracking. Violations reach the owner by email with the reason and photos, and appeals happen online where the board can review the evidence. Owners can pay by card without coming to the office.

Used
SMS and email blasts, violation notices, online appeals, card payments, contact log
Result
Disputes moved from the front desk to a documented online process, and "I never got the notice" stopped being an argument.
