Is there a setup fee?
No. We help load your units, spaces and rules as part of every plan.
What counts as a unit?
A unit is an apartment, condo, townhome or tenant suite that parks at the property. Parking spaces and vehicles are not counted.
Can residents pay for permits online?
Yes. Permit fees, subscriptions and violations can be paid online by card, and you choose whether the property or the payer covers processing fees.
How much do printed permits cost?
Printed permits are $0.22 each for existing clients and $0.28 for non-clients, with a 100-permit minimum.
